Aikido Suimei is a school dedicated to the practice of Aikido, a Japanese martial art that fosters the individual's ability to harmonize with their environment. Classes are offered 5 days a week. Childrens and Adult classes available!

Peaceful Spirit Yoga offers Hatha Yoga, a practice dedicated to the cultivation of peace and health in body, mind, and spirit. We perform physical postures coordinated with the breath, and relaxation.
